This is the second piece of fan art I made for the Wotch back in October 2003. It's definitely better in some ways than Anne was, but it's probably currently my least-favorite of the portraits I've drawn simply because of her face and hair. That mouth of hers drives me crazy to this day.
And, of course, there's this little fact that in the story she's supposed to be four years old, and here she looks like she's about eight. My bad.
I do like how Maki turned out, though. Best animal I've ever drawn. On the other hand, that cat is the only animal I've ever drawn (Ally Taverner notwithstanding).
Erm, the full title of this is actually "Kitty!", but you're not allowed to use certain punctuation marks in the title on dA. Go figure.
