The Phantom Inker

Actually, in retrospect, it's kinda creepy. I'd forgotten to post it here before because it was just a little 40-minute doodle, but I did it sometime back in mid-March, before finishing Katie. Every once in a while it helps a lot to just randomly doodle; it reminds you that yes, indeed, you can finish a decent picture without taking months on it.

This started out as a pair of eyes, and the rest of the picture just kinda grew outward from there. Don't ask me, folks, I don't have a good explanation either.
