Her name is Emma. Don't know what her story is. I imagine she speaks English with an upperclass English accent, though, and that water looks a bit colder than usual.
Still going through the backlog of in-progress drawings, trying to finish as many as I can while I still have time to do so.
It's been a while since I drew a mermaid, but I think Emma here has some of the best shading I've done yet.
